Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for registering for The CASE Conference ("the Conference"). Please read this policy carefully. By registering for the Conference, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for Conference registrations. All ticket sales are final. Once a registration is completed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.
Transferability
While we do not offer refunds, Conference registrations are transferable. If you are unable to attend the Conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us at least [insert number] days prior to the Conference date with the name and contact information of the individual to whom you wish to transfer your registration.
Transfer Assistance
In the event that The CASE Conference sells out and you are unable to find a suitable individual to transfer your registration to, we may, at our discretion, assist you in finding a buyer for your registration. However, please note that transfer assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Cancellation by The CASE Conference
In rare circumstances, The CASE Conference reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, registered attendees will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to reschedule the event or provide alternative arrangements. In such cases, registered attendees may be offered a refund or given the option to transfer their registration to a future Conference.
